We believe in radical transparency about how our large-format products are shipped. Here's everything you need to know.

Our Marketplace Model

Aqua Haute Lux LLC is a marketplace. We do not stock or ship products ourselves. Each product (saunas, hot tubs, etc.) is sold and shipped directly by the independent vendor ("Seller") you purchase from.

Because of this, shipping times, costs, and methods will vary by product and by Seller.

Shipping & Freight Explained

Our products are large. Most items like saunas and hot tubs ship via Freight (LTL – Less Than Truckload) carriers.

  • Delivery Method: Freight delivery is typically "Curbside Delivery." The carrier delivers the pallet to the end of your driveway.
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for moving the item from the curb to your home. You may need to un-package it and dispose of the pallet.
  • Appointment Required: The freight company will call to schedule a delivery appointment. You (or an adult over 18) must be home to receive and sign.

Processing Times & Delivery Estimates

All shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Processing Time: Time for the Seller to prepare your order. Typically shown on the product page.
  • Shipping Time: Time for the freight carrier to transport from Seller warehouse to your address.

Total Estimated Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are set by the individual Seller, based on the product's size, weight, and your delivery location. The final confirmed shipping cost is displayed during checkout β€” before you complete your payment.

Shipping Restrictions

Our Sellers typically ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
  • International locations are currently unavailable.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations may have additional restrictions noted at checkout.

Critical: Receiving Your Delivery

You MUST inspect your delivery BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.

  1. 1Inspect Packaging: Look for rips, tears, punctures, dents, or signs of tampering before the driver leaves.
  2. 2Note Any Damage: Write "DAMAGED" or "Potential Concealed Damage" clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.
  3. 3Take Photos: Document all damage immediately, while the driver is still present if possible.
  4. 4Concealed Damage: Unbox and inspect your item within 24–48 hours. If you find hidden damage, contact us and the Seller immediately with photos.
