Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Free from any installation or modification.

Note: Custom orders or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, subject to inspection.
  • Return shipping costs for defective products are fully covered by us.

To initiate a return:
